Sunbeam Coffee Maker, unsure of model

I have a Sunbeam Coffee Pot maker. I bought it at Wall-Mart about 2-3 years ago for about $24.99. It is a 12 cup coffee maker. It is a large counter top size. It is black. I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but my mom is. I use about two tablespoons of coffee for six to eight cups of water.

From when you turn the pot on until the coffee is done take about ten minutes. It’s a bit on the slow side compared to many models out there today. It has an on and off switch, but no automatic timer. Which is fine with my family, we don’t drink enough coffee to need an automatic timer.

I use the coffee pot more for making hot tea and running water through to get hot water to make cup of noodle soup. It has no fancy features on it, just a plain Jane no frills coffee pot. It does make good coffee though. It uses standard coffee filters. The Sunbeam Coffee Pot maker is super easy to clean. The coffee pot itself comes apart easily, the lid snaps off quickly and easily. So does the insert you put the filter in.

It is completely dishwasher safe. To clean the water reservoir, I have pour vinegar in it and let it set for 20-30 minutes and then let it run through a cycle. Then after I rinse out the pot, I pour clean water in and let it run through again. If your looking for a no frills coffee pot, then the Sunbeam model I have is a good choice.
