Keurig B60 Single Serve Coffee Maker

On my second machine in less than a month. Occasionally, it will brew a cup of coffee, but more times than not I am pressing the power button hoping for a cup of coffee after it shuts off without brewing the previous time I turned it on.

Thought I might be doing something wrong (how could I have this problem with two machines back-to-back), but after calling customer support (calling customer support to brew a cup of coffee, this is ridiculous) they made me aware that I was using the machine correctly and that there was a history of problems this machine the B70 and B77.

I cannot run back to the mall again to return another broken machine, can someone recommend a better machine?

This is my third Keurig and I'm too embarassed to return it yet again! I clean it regularly, which in itself is no easy feat. Unfortunately, I believe it's a design flaw and as soon as they get the bugs worked out I'd be more than happy to try it again. The concept is amazing but the frustration isn't worth it. I'm going back to a kettle and a coffee maker.

I know your frustration. I, and my neighbor, experienced the same things. We both ended up getting the cuisinart. Her cuisinart has worked fine but mine keeps getting air in the line, preventing it from making coffee............I'll keep it a bit longer to see if I'm satisfied.

I would never recommend this machine to anyone ! I have had mine for a year now and it never gives you a full cup of coffee.It is useless ,I wish I hadn't spent my money on this.I won't buy another one.

wow, I wish I had read your post before we spent well over a hundred dollars for a coffee machine.....good grief! Ours is doing the same thing. Will not buy another Keurig. I just learned that our neighbors had the same problems with 2 keurigs.......Poor quality to be sure.

How hard can it be to build a good coffee maker.
