Keurig customer service NEW
by: J W Peck

I have the Keurig B155. I had a slight problem the machine shuts off 1/2 way thru the brew. I owned the machine 12 mths. I called the Keurig customer service up in the United States ( I live in Canada). They were very helpfull and great to talk to. They talked me thru a check up I could do for the problem. Still not working as should. They said they would send a new machine within 7 days or less no charge as long as I had my dated invoice proof date bought.,Actually it was 1 month over the 12 months. But Keurig said not to worry. Keurig would honor the warrenty. They did not want the my machine back. But did want me to mail the removable K-cup holder from my machine, So I couldn't use the older machine...I received the new machine by Fed-Express within 7 bussness days. The new machine workes perfectly. I only buy K-cups.I have owned other smaller Keurig machines. I have given my son the older machines. Now he is hooked on Keurig forever. I am very happy with their products and their excellent service. Keep up the great machines and Keurig products.
