Kalorik 8-10 Cup Coffee Maker With Thermoflask Jar

The Kaloric Coffee Maker was something I picked up from Wal-Mart. It wasn't too bad. I just needed something to make my coffee for me in the morning. It was very simple, just like any coffee maker, for making coffee. It had a "thermos" like coffee pot that I thought was an interesting idea. It turns out that if you want to try to keep the pot hot and full, it's better to be able to see the coffee.
The thermos pot idea didn't do that great of a job. I found that coffee didn't stay warmer longer and if it did, it was just luke- warm because there was no lid to help keep in the heat. That was a small problem I had with it. I mean who drink luke- warm coffee anyways? You drink what you can of it and then in end you’re pouring the remaining pot down the sink anyways.
The stainless steel look is nice for a small kitchen. It's not too big either so it works great in apartments or small homes. It makes coffee in a decent amount of time and has been pretty reliable so far. There are no leaks, and it does what I need it to do.
Overall, it’s not a bad coffee maker but if you want something with a little more quality then I suggest you buy a coffee maker that cost more than $15. I like it because of its low price tag and the fact that it does the basic functions I need: Make hot coffee. This is no gourmet coffee maker with a grinder built into it. It’s a simple product that does what it is meant to do.
