Gevalia Espresso maker from Tassimo

I bought my Gevalia Espresso maker from Tassimo at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and I love it. Not only does it make Espresso, but it also makes Capuccino and Cafe Lattes in a flash, as well as an assortment of teas. What I like best is how easy it is to clean.

There are no filters to buy, just the individual coffee and cream packets. When you slide the packet into the slot, the espresso maker reads a bar code and makes the appropriate drink. It uses more foam for capuccinos and more milk for cafe lattes, so it makes a perfect cup each time. It also has an adjustable platform for whn you are using smaller cups so that there is no splatter outside the cup and onto your counter.

It's definitely easier than making the espresso separately and then adding the milk, since you just pop in each cartrige and the machine measures it all for you. I have had this machine for a couple of years now, and it makes morning more efficient because it is so quick and easy to use.

I still haven't tried the teas, because I am more of a coffee person, so I rather just make my espresso in the morning to help wake me up. My mom has the same machine, and she uses it with tea as well, and she loves the variety.

I like this machine because I can also pick up refills for espresso or any other drink it makes both online and in the store, so it is very convenient for me, since I tend to shop a lot online. The machine also looks pretty sleek and doesn't take up much space on the countertop.

All you do it fill it with water, turn it on, and pop in the cartridges when you are ready to use them. If you are making several cups during the day, keep the machine on and it will warm up quicker and be ready for use. Otherwise, turn it off if you are just using it once a day.

This espresso maker is great for the office too, because it cuts down on time wasted on cleaning the coffee maker, as well as the mess around the coffee station that we always encounter at work.
