Delonghi Caffe Nabucco
DeLonghi BCO70 Caffe Nabucco
Espresso, Cappuccino, and Coffee Bar
So far this is a really nice coffee maker. We decided to upgrade from the Delonghi we had because the place where you put the filter would no longer stay shut. I did some research online, reading reviews and finally settling on the Delonghi Caffe Nabucco, it had all the features we were looking for at a great price. The Nabucco combines a normal coffee maker with an espresso maker, and an attachment that steams milk. The carafes are easily washable.
And it makes great coffee! My husband uses it at least 2 times a day. And loves it! It has the ability to do either a slow drip or brew a quick cup.
The Nabucca was purchased from Target in August 2008. The initial one we bought, we returned because it had been used, not cleaned up, and had a moldy old filter in it. Once that was straightened out, it has been smooth sailing!
The instructions are a little unclear on how to operate some parts. Or as to what sort of coffee grounds work best. Thankfully we figured it out on our own. The other issue is that you can't set it in advance to brew. So there is no waking in the morning to the aroma of fresh brewed coffee.
The price was affordable, I think around $99 before tax. And definitely worth the price.
We don't have a lot of friends that drink as much coffee as we do, but recommend it to anyone interested.
If we had to go back and choose again, I know we would purchase the same coffee maker.
