Community Coffee Café Blend Coffee
As a former born and raised resident of the grand city of New Orleans, Louisiana I often have a craving for the delicacies and flavors that I once knew growing up there. It is on the occasional trip that I would take once every 2 years or to go back home and visit with relatives giving me the chance to savor my palette with the aromas and flavors I long for.
I usually would have my favorite (at the time) cup of java which was a blend of coffee and chicory packaged by Community Coffee. It was a dark full bodied coffee with an acidity taste. Fresh creamer and sugar made it perfect. I would buy a few bricks to take back home so I could continue to enjoy the luxuries of the South. It was on my last trip home I found out Community had a website. I could now order my coffee online.
I never knew so many flavors and types were available. That was when I stumbled on the Café Blend. I read the description and reviews and it sounded like the perfect match for me to wake up to every morning as it was being stated as a coffee served at many dining establishments. It seemed comparable to the Folgers Classic Blend that I buy at my local grocer but with that New Orleans flavor. Sure enough, it a very aromatic, medium brown coffee when it is done brewing and so smooth tasting with no hint of acid (which I am beginning to prefer). Topped off with some International Delight Southern Butter Pecan creamer and my mornings are complete.
