Capresso MT500 10 cup

I am a huge coffee fanatic, and this machine has lived up to all of my standards. I hated coffee pots with the hot plate because after a few hours the coffee just tasted burned and bitter. I love this machine because it has a thermal carafe which keeps my coffee hot for about four hours. It was a little on the expensive side, but it was well worth it.

I had looked into a cheaper version of this machine but I liked that this machine would fit under my counters better, and the fact that there was a small batch function on the machine, so I could just make some for me, or if I was having a large get together, I could make a large amount just as easily and I knew it would stay warm! Also, early in the morning, I love the function of pause and serve.

If I am desperate for some coffee in the morning, I simply can get a cup and it stops brewing for a second, then when I return the carafe to the machine, it continues brewing.

All in all, it's a great machine, if you don't mind the price. I have had my machine for around six months, and I really enjoy it so much more than a regular coffee pot. If you are a coffee fanatic like me, this one is the way to go!
