Capresso 560.01 Infinity

I feel that although the Capresso 560.01 Infinity is not a top of the line product, it has tremendous bang for the buck. I received this grinder as a gift and I think it is simply brilliant. It is considered a burr grinder.

A burr grinder grinds the coffee much finer because it utilizes metal discs. The burr model makes it a must have for individuals that enjoy machine espresso, French press, or drip coffee. Although extremely versatile, this grinder does have its flaws.

It moves almost a snail pace. This is to ensure a fine grind, but it requires that many seconds longer to enjoy that cup of Joe. In addition, I have found that this grinder doe snot always provide a consistent grind every time.

I have had to regrind beans. I find these to be small and minute details however. On one more plus note, because of the availability to make extremely fine coffee grounds, the flavour is phenomenal! If you a true bean and coffee connesuir, then you must try this grinder!
