Even the consumers that had a complaint still recommend this coffee maker to other consumers.

They speak of its’ quick brewing time which we all like, especially in the morning when we need it so badly, and they claim it makes a great tasting cup of coffee. This model comes with a metal carafe that is very sturdy and customers claim it is very easy to care for and clean.

The Braun KF600 Coffee Maker (impressions) has features such as automatic shutoff, so you don’t have to worry about turning it off before you leave the house, and there is no heating plate, which means no chance of having burned coffee.

It also comes a with water filter, a perma gold filter and has been said to work well on regular grind coffee.

Everyone seems to approve of the sleek design, and the fact that this compact coffee maker fits perfectly on almost any counter top. According to consumer reports the Braun KF600 Coffee Maker comes highly recommended.

There were a few suggestions for improvement made by a few owners of this model.

They would like to see an automatic timer and possibly a clock added to this appliance. I guess they would like for that hot pot of coffee to be waiting for them when they wake up in the morning.

The most mentioned problem seemed to be that it doesn’t make a full ten cups of coffee. Even though it’s supposed to have a ten cup capacity, they only get eight.

They also state if you fill it to the ten cup level it has a tendency to overflow.

Some claim the coffee does not come out as hot as it should, but a few consumers, having the same problem, suggests running very hot water into the carafe, to warm it, before you begin brewing, they say this helps in making your coffee good and hot.

Another problem seems to be difficulty in cleaning the carafe. One lady feels the opening on the carafe is barely big enough for her to put her hand in, even with a bottle brush.

There was also a problem with water leaking from the bottom of the coffee maker, but this seems to be an isolated problem, since no one else mentioned this in the customer reviews.

Even though there were a few complaints, at least 90 % of consumer reviews were in favor of the Braun Coffee Maker KF 600. It is said to make excellent coffee, is easy to use and care for, wonderfully designed and quite affordable.

The only suggestions they seem to agree on is adding an automatic timer and possibly a clock to this appliance. The Braun KF600 Thermal Coffee Maker remains a solid choice.
