Braun KF550B Aroma deluxe coffee maker

I have brought the coffee maker from one of the hyper market I usually go shopping for my grocery items. When I went to the super market as usual they had freshly ground coffee powder selling there.

They also sell coffee. I love coffee especially the aroma and taste of freshly ground coffee powder as usual the smell attracted me towards the coffee counter. This time they had something new with them, Braun aroma deluxe coffee maker. They where showing demonstrations and how it worked I got very much attracted to the product and decided to purchase it.

I brought it immediately and I brought a few coffee beans as well soon after coming home I tried it out and I liked it very much. I have been using it for the past six months and find it very useful. It is very handy and can be used easily and is ideal for daily use. It has got 10 cup capacity with push button filter release. The price is cheap and can be used in any household. The coffee made using this coffee maker has great taste.

I have gone for the brand Braun because it is one that I trust. The coffee maker has been working with no complaints until now. I don't know how other machine works but this one is great. It is a great buy since it brews faster and has also got timer facilities. There is a lot of difference in the taste of coffee brewed normally and of that brewed in a coffee machine.

Using it and cleaning it are easy
by: Paul G.

I’ve been using the Braun KF 550B coffeemaker for almost six months now and I’m very happy with it. I especially appreciate the built-in Brita water filter, which means that I don’t have to worry about using bottled water (since I don’t have a whole lot of confidence in our city water system).

I was fortunate enough to find mine at a garage sale, so I have to say the price was right. Doing a little research on the internet, though, I found the same model for sale for as little as $19.99, which I would consider extremely reasonable. Even though I didn’t have the benefit of the manufacturer’s instructions I had no problem figuring out how to use the various features, so I’d give it four stars for ease of use.

Clean-up is relatively easy too, with the built-in gold-screen filter. I truly do appreciate not having to fool around with keeping a stock of paper filters on hand (as well as the savings involved in not having to purchase them).

I can’t say that there’s anything unique or exceptional about the design. I guess it’s pretty much what one would expect in a coffeemaker. The open-handle carafe is a bit unusual, though, and it has an anti-slip coating, which is helpful. The size of the machine is fairly compact, so it has a reasonably-sized “footprint” on the countertop.

Braun coffeemakers enjoy an excellent reputation, which I believe is well-deserved. The proof of the pudding is the coffee in the cup and I can attest that this machine can’t be outperformed where that standard is concerned. The brew cycle is impressively quick, too. No waiting around all bleary eyed in the morning with your coffee mug in your hand, wishing that you had a Starbuck’s across the street.

All things considered, I’d rate it at around 8.8 on a ten-point scale.
