Black and Decker DE755

I purchased this one about 6 months ago and this morning when I grabbed the handle to pull the pot out, the pot seperated from the handle. The plastic holder at the top was soft and cracked and that is the only thing holding the handle and pot together.

I was quite surprised when I looked at it because there is not very much holding it together, and it is only plastic. I noticed there was a recall for some other models of Black and Decker. I had hot coffee spill down my legs and broken glass all over the kitchen floor. How do I get my money back or a replacement with a different design. jimbo_357@yahoo.com
